UShef Cooking School's Sushi Lessons
Come and learn the fine art of making Sushi
You arrive from 11:30 or 18:00 and have a welcome drink. As soon as everybody has arrived you go into the kitchen. Each person has their own space set up with all the equipment and ingredients to make Sushi I also supply aprons and chef's hats. My Sushi chef gives you an explanation of all the ingredients and explains how Sushi rice and rice vinegar is made. You then start making a variety of Sushi dishes under his guidance. I suggest that you bring a big container as you will not be able to eat everything that you learn to make!
Once he is finished you are welcome to practice your newly learnt skills on the left over ingredients. We finish of at about 14:30 and before you go I give you a CD of all the recipes made.
