UShef Cooking School's Italian Fun Cooking Evenings

We run the class as follows:

People arrive from 18:00 and have a welcome drink. At 18:30 you would go into the kitchen, everybody cooks in pairs, and we put your names on your chef's hats. I give an explanation of everything and some tips and myself and my chef go round and assist everybody. Cooking time is one and a half to two hours and every pair makes different recipes.

Once everybody is finished cooking we put the food out on a table I give an explanation of how the dishes were made and everybody sits down to sample. Closing time is 22:00. Before you go I give you a "party pack" with a CD of all the recipes made and a small gift.

Our emphasis is on fun whilst learning a couple of new things and we encourage a glass of "something" on the side!.

Trends show that more and more people consider themselves “foodies” and “cooking enthusiasts” and embrace cooking as a leisure pursuit. uShef focuses on the entertainment side of cooking.
