Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policies: $800.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required upon booking to hold reservation. Balance due in full 45 days prior to arrival, NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments in U.S. dollars only. Personal or cashier's check, Visa or MasterCard accepted. If customer cancels for any reason, no refunds of any payments will be made. Minimum age for participants on any horseback riding vacation is 16 years old if accompanied by parent or guardian. No one under 21 without parent or guardian. If High Wild & Lonesome LLC (dba Blue Sky Sage Horseback Adventures) cancels any ride, any or all deposits/final payments made can be carried over to another trip during the same year or for the following year only. Full refund may be made also, upon customer’s request. <p> <p>High Wild & Lonesome LLC (dba Blue Sky Sage Horseback Adventures) reserves the right to alter or cancel any attractions, dates or activities that do not meet the high standards of the company, due to unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances include but are not limited to: unfavorable weather conditions, unsafe travel conditions, insufficient bookings or land management changes.</p></p>High Wild & Lonesome LLC (dba Blue Sky Sage Horseback Adventures) operates under special use permits from the Bureau of Land Management and the State of Wyoming.
