The Celestial Virgins class is a pole dance foundation class which focuses on strengthening your body while building confidence in your own sexy style of moving. You will learn a sexy and exciting pole dance routine PLUS a total of 44 hot dance moves including: poses, transition moves, floor work, and pole spins. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face and to ignite your body and soul.
No prior experience necessary.All women over the age of 18 can take lessons and classes, there is also a 200 lb. weight limit for the studio dance poles. Class meets for 90 minutes, once a week for 4 weeks. The class starts at 5pm and finishes at 6.30.
What to wear: You can wear anything you are comfortable in that allows you to move. Pole dance moves are best done with bare legs, so shorts are highly recommended and a necessity for lessons and classes that include climbing and inversions. You can wear warm up clothes over shorts for portions of the lesson. 6" platform heels are popular attire for pole dancing, but feel free to wear any shoes that you're comfortable in with a non-slip sole: trainers, jazz or ballet slippers, or some other type of sexy heel etc. Mules (shoes without a strap behind the heel) can be bothersome, so it is recommended that you wear shoes with a back strap.
What NOT to wear: No body moisturizers including lotions, oils, and creams of any type. They make the pole slippery and frustrating for you and others participants. No jewelry, as it can easily be damaged, it damages the pole, and you can be injured by it during pole work.
