New York City is known to the world as "The Birthplace of Hip Hop." Signs of it's rich cultural and musical heritage resonate throughout the 5 boroughs. Many of NYC's most popular attractions also have some connection to the growth of Hip Hop while other key locations remain unmarked and largely unvisited.
This tour takes participants to the historic clubs, park battle sites, video and movie locations where Hip Hop took it's first baby steps opening the gates for the next generation which led the way to this 30 Billion Dollar Rap industry.

For almost 10 years, Hush Tours has been celebrating the roots of hip hop by conducting large group and VIP tours for all ages and nationalities. Participants get the inside story told by the legends from the day on how this pop culture started; where exactly it was, and who were the influencers and influences of the time that led this music genre to what is currently a $30 billion dollar business today.
Participants on every tour learn about 4 elements of hip hop; DJing, MCing, Dance (B-Boy & B-Girl), and Graffiti, by the masters of the past and present.
