Dim sum party - cookery course, Salt Lake City
Roll, fold and stuff dim sum and learn about cooking with traditional Chinese ingredients on this culinary 3 hour cooking course
Skills and techniques covered on the course: Cooking with traditional Chinese ingredients; shaping, stuffing and steaming buns; learning various folding techniques for dumplings; making custard for tarts.
Menu:
The class starts at 6pm and finishes at 9pm. We require that students wear closed-toe shoes in all hands-on workshops and an apron will be provided for use in class. After the class personal recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
