Vegetarian Cooking Course
Enjoy and learn to prepare delicious vegetarian meals -- a luscious alternative to the regular American diet.
4 fun and informative weekly classes. Sessions are mostly demonstration with opportunities for participation, appropriate for both beginners who want to learn the basics of vegetarian preparation, and more advanced cooks who want to be introduced to the variety of foods that vegetarianism has to offer. A complete meal is prepared and served to the class.

Gail Naftalin, founder of Gail's Vegetarian Catering, is a well-known vegetarian/vegan chef. She has been featured in the Washington Post and nominated for a woman-owned business person of the year award by the Women's Business Center.
