Get hands-on cooking experience and learn how to prepare a three-course Italian feast under the guidance of professional chef Andrew Lubatty
• Baked eggplant and smoked mozzarella appetizer with sundried tomato pesto
• Arugula radicchio salad with warm cherry tomatoes, pancetta and pecorino Romano cheese
• Sicilian-spiced roasted chicken with tomato fennel broth and new potatoes
• Tiramisu rolled with whipped mascarpone, dark rum and espresso.
At the end of the evening, the students get to share their signature dishes with each other and enjoy a well-earned meal.
mise en place will provide everything you need from aprons, to knives, and cutting boards to frying pans!
At the end of the class you will have the chance to eat the food that has been prepared. As such, we operate on the same basis as a restaurant with the serving, clearing, and clean-up done by our volunteers and staff. Please be aware that a 15-20% tip is appropriate on both the cost of the class and any beverages consumed the evening of the event.

Classes are provided for the novice cook through to the "closet-wanna-be-chef". mise en place creates one-of-a-kind experiences for its students.
