Come and meet like-minded new friends or bring along a partner to share your experience! These classes are designed for people of all ages and all cooking levels. You'll learn how to care for your health, and prepare delicious food for those you love. We will give you the knowledge and skills to be a confident cook!

Classes are offered at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on Sundays and are approx 2 - 2 and 1/2 hrs long.

JUNE 26TH AND 27TH - FRESH, FAST AND HEALTHY SUMMER FOODS! (GLUTEN-FREE)

This class will show you how to whip up some quick and easy recipes for summer that will keep you going through the week and impress any summertime guests! These recipes are easy to adapt, and will spice up your weekly cooking repertoire.

    There’s more to vegan sushi than avocado or cucumber rolls. We will create fun, colorful, and delicious sushi in this class, and you’ll finally learn what to do with that bamboo sushi roller you won at a “White Elephant” party five years ago! We will create a satisfying, balanced meal using authentic Japanese ingredients.

    Come celebrate Heather’s birthday by learning how to prepare some of her favorite comfort foods. Birthdays are a great excuse to indulge (sensibly) – and even though this class is a celebration of Heather’s birthday, we’ll party like it’s everyone’s birthday!

  • About classes

    All cooking classes are approximately 2 – 2 ½ hours in length.

    Classes are mostly demonstration, but if you wish to only participate, that is great! At the end of class we all sit down together and enjoy the foods we prepared. After each class you'll take home a thoughtfully prepared packet of recipes, and the skills to show off your own delicious culinary creations!

    Classes are offered at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 11:00 am and 4:00 pm on Sundays. Space is limited in Spork Foods home kitchen, so reserve your spot as soon as possible. Each class is $65 per student
