The face and body art workshop takes place at Ruby Academy of Beauty and Makeup. The academy, which also offers a range of other courses such as bridal and high fashion hair design and pro-makeup artistry programs, is the perfect location if you want to immerse yourself in the colorful world of cosmetics.
The course will give you the opportunity to decorate and paint the face and body using sponge and brush techniques, as well as using glitter, gems and stencils to create mesmerizing patterns, temporal tattoos, masks and ornate mendhis.
The class is 40 hours and runs Monday to Friday. Having completed the course you will be a certified body artist, with the ability to bring fantasy to life.
Qualifications
Ruby Polanco is the president and creator of The Ruby Academy and has great passion for teaching, makeup and the artistry of how it all comes together. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has 20 years experience in sales and management.
