Our NEW one week intensive bootcamps are specifically designed and put together by Janey in a split routine fashion to maximise inch loss, shape change and fitness levels, but they also packed with laughter and camaraderie!

You must have done at least 2 full bootcamps in the past - as it will be more intensive than a regular bootcamp!

The bootcamp will start at 6am and finish at 7.15am - Monday to Friday and then Saturday will be 7-8.30am.

Mon, 06.15 - 07.15 – Introduction

Tues, 06.15 - 07.15 – Legs and Bums

Wed, 06.15 – 07.15 – Arms and Abs

Thurs, 06.00 – 07.15 – Cardio

Fri, 06.15 – 07.15 – Legs and Bums

Sat, 07:00 – 08:30 – All Over

You will be emailed joining instructions a few days before the boot camp starts along with a ‘beautiful body’ e book and recipe collection as well as receiving daily motivational emails from the Bootcamp Team!

Fit for a Princess was set up by Janey Holliday in 2003 specializing in outdoor workouts and bootcamps for women. Encouraging women to train together regardless of ability or experience, so whether you are a complete beginner, a new mum, pregnant, twenty, fifty or a marathon runner you will get a fantastic work out with us.

Janey graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in International Relations and started a career working in PR for the government in Westminster.

At that time Janey had never been to a gym and was a self confessed exercise hater! But a chance aerobics class before work one day changed everything. Meeting a friendly, fun and supportive instructor, enjoying great music and moves and training with other like minded women, she found exercise could be great fun… Within 18 months Janey had quit her job and trained as a personal trainer completing her Personal Training diploma in 2003 and setting up Fit for a Princess.

Our goal at FFAP is to help our clients look AND feel great by energising, educating and inspiring them in our workouts. There are no fad diets, no false promises and no contracts… just wholesome workouts for women in the great outdoors!
