KICK – martial arts influenced fitness training.
Incorporating the principles of Thai kick boxing with yoga and meditation, KICK fitness classes offer back-to-basics training and real results
You will sweat like never before and leave feeling revitalised, clear headed and invigorated. Very quickly you should notice a difference in your physical appearance in body, complexion, hair and skin as well as improved flexibility and core strength.
We also hope that the class will help to balance you emotionally and spiritually and change the way you approach your training, your eating and your life.

Qualifications
As well as various TV appearances and Magazine articles Sophie keeps herself busy with various projects from training city workers for ‘white collar boxing matches to running community based classes in under-developed areas.
