KICK is a fantastic high impact training system carefully devised combining martial arts techniques including kick boxing, Thai Boxing and orthodox boxing with fitness training.

You will sweat like never before and leave feeling revitalised, clear headed and invigorated. Very quickly you should notice a difference in your physical appearance in body, complexion, hair and skin as well as improved flexibility and core strength.

We also hope that the class will help to balance you emotionally and spiritually and change the way you approach your training, your eating and your life.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

  • Kick fitness: Monday 6:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesday 8:30pm-9:30pm
  • Kickboxing: Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Yoga: Tuesday 12:30pm-13:30pm, Thursday 12:30pm-13:30pm

  • A typical Kick Class will consist of:

    WARM UP • SKIPPING

    • DYNAMIC STRETCHING

    • FOOT WORK • BOXING • ELBOWS

    • KNEES • KICKS • PAD WORK

    • BLOCKING WORK • SPARRING

    • FITNESS TRAINING

    • DYNAMIC PARTNER STRETCHING.

    • BREATHING & MEDITATION.

    • FINAL STRETCH & COOL DOWN

    Trainer Sophie Pettaway’'s life changed when she was introduced to Thai kickboxing. After training for five hours a day, living and breathing the sport, she became a world-class black belt student and fighter and began teaching in London. Sophie soon packed out classes all over London. Students feel part of a unique team, all aiming for goals in martial arts and life itself that felt previously unattainable. Sophie became Director of New Era Fitness where she was Master Trainer teaching martial arts concepts to thousands of fitness professionals throughout the UK and at world fitness conventions. She trained extensively in Thailand and the famous “VOS” gym in Holland.

    As well as various TV appearances and Magazine articles Sophie keeps herself busy with various projects from training city workers for ‘white collar boxing matches to running community based classes in under-developed areas.
