Full day cooking class in Portobello Market, London (FOR GROUPS ONLY - MIN 6 MAX 10)
A sensual shopping trip of sights, smells and flavours through one of London's most famous markets followed by a cooking lesson from 'The Cooking Contessa'
Knowing where to go for your ingredients is as important as knowing what to do with them. We will compare the up-market shopping of Kensington Whole Foods store to the strings of stalls lining the famous Portobello Road market to discover why you don’t have to pay top dollar for top quality products. Portobello market is real, honest and true, London street-shopping at its best. Here we will find some of the city’s most interesting, tasty and fresh ingredients purveyed by the friendly and obliging traders at excellent prices.
Once all the food has been bought, you will head back to Enrica’s beautifully designed kitchen that is perfect for cooking classes and provides a great atmosphere for learning. You will learn to make delicious dishes with the food you bought during the morning, and just as importantly, they'll be dishes that you can easily replicate at home.

• 9am - Meet Enrica at the Whole Foods store on Kensington High Street for a tour of the specialist counters. You will then walk to Portobello Road market.
