'Curry in a hurry'- Indian cookery class - half day group lesson

Led by Renuka Patel, created out of her genuine passion for Indian food and collected recipes. Taking place in the relaxed and friendly environment of her own kitchen, you will get step by step instruction on how and when to use spices and how to replicate your favourite restaurant meals in your own kitchen at home.

With no more than three people per class, this is a hands-on cookery course where you are doing not watching! The day will begin with a chat about the dishes you will prepare and then YOU cook!! From how to cut the onion to whether the garlic should be sliced or crushed – questions are encouraged and whether you are an absolute beginner or a keen chef Ren will cater the lesson to suit your needs.

You will be provided with the freshest ingredients for all the dishes and at the end of the day you will have a delicious meal for two to take home.

The cookery school is an experience people come back for.

Friends and family had always pestered Ren for the recipes of her wonderful Indian dishes persuading her to establish her cooking school to combine her passion of cooking and teaching.

When not in the kitchen teaching at home, Renuka can be found demonstarting at some of the best food events up and down the country, as well as appearing as a guest on a number of TV cookery shows.

And when not cooking Renuka is kept busy looking after her young family.
