A unique and fun day course for anyone who loves smoked food and enjoys creating delicious meals at home
The course focuses on 'home smoking' and helps you to get the best out of a home smoker. You will learn how to both hot- and cold smoke food and even how to make your own smoker!
You will be smoking over 12 different types of food from chicken, prawns and olives to salmon, mushrooms and almonds and much more. This will be done on five different types of smokers – anything from a commercial home smoker to a filing cabinet. With these choices there is truly something for everyone.
At the end of the day you will sit down with a glass of bubbly and taste all the food you have smoked. Then you get to take home a ‘goodie bag’ of everything that is left – delicious!
The price includes all refreshments, lunch, and comprehensive smoking notes.
