Graffiti Classes

We work in small groups and teach you how to use aerosol paint. You will learn the skills and techniques of graffiti painting and get the chance to practise on a wall.

The 1 hour taster session includes:

Working in a group on one of our designs, you will work in a team helping to create a group piece

Learn about the aerosol can and how to hold it

Practice spraying with different nozzles

‘Fill in’ letters

Outline part of the design

Gain confidence to practise at home

We only run lessons when we have a minimum of 5 people booked, please contact us to confirm your preferred date. We also hold intense 3 hour lessons and one to one teaching.

The lessons in January are held in Hackney, East London in an outdoor public space and the February lessons are held near Portobello Road, West London. We work in all weather but if it is raining on the day of your lesson we may ask you to come to an alternative under cover location near Canary Wharf, so that you don’t get wet!

Graffiti lessons was founded in 2009.

Due to a large amount of people asking us where they could learn to paint graffiti, we decided it was time to offer a service where we would teach the basics to get you started.

Graffiti lessons have over 20 years experience in painting graffiti and art.

We continue to support and promote the use of graffiti as a positive art form when done in a creative and respectful way.

Teaching graffiti enables us to pass on our wealth of experience and passion for the art form to others.
