NZ Wine Course - 2 weeks, Christchurch

The New Zealand School of Food and Wine offers this 2 week full-time course for those who would like to taste wines from leading NZ wine regions. As part of the course you will also learn about the styles of wines and grape varieties, history of NZ wine, the wine making process, how to match food and wine, the wine growing and making process and more! The course also includes a full day trip to 2 local wineries and enjoying lunch at one. Every afternoon will be spent wine tasting and learning how to really taste wines! The tutors are highly experienced and have WSET qualifications. This 2 week course is available in both Christchurch and Auckland.
