The Key of the Caribbean

A fascinating tour of West and Central Cuba to experience a fuller flavor of Cuban cultural and heritage sites. This tour can be combined with a beach extension.

The itinerary is as follows:

Day One

Arrival at Havana airport, assistance and transfer to the hotel in the city for check in and dinner.

Day Two

Breakfast. Departure for Montemar Park. Visit the TainLunch at La Boca. Continue to Cienfuegos for a panoramic tour of the city and dinner in a local restaurant. Check in at the hotel. Evening free.

Day Three

Breakfast. Visit to the dolphin aquarium in Cienfuegos, with optional swimming with the dolphins. Departure for Trinidad. Visit the Romantic Museum, la Canchanchara Bar and Potter House. Lunch at Don Antonio Restaurant. Free time. Check in and dinner in a local hotel. Enjoyment of the Trinitarian night.

Day Four

Breakfast. Visit the Manaca - Iznaga tower. Departure towards Camaguey, travelling all the way through the city of Sancti Spiritus. Lunch at a local restaurant in Ciego de Avila. Arrival to Camaguey. Panoramic tour of the city. Go on to Santa Lucia beach. Check in at an all inclusive hotel.

Day Five

Free day for enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Cuba and for engaging in optional water sports.

Day Six

Free for the enjoyment of one of the more gorgeous beaches in northern Cuba.

Day Seven

Breakfast. Departure for Bayamo, founded by Diego Velazquez in 1513. Visit the city, lunch at a local restaurant. Continuation of the tour in a horse-drawn carriage - the traditional transportation used in this city - to the hotel. Check in and dinner at the hotel. Evening free.

Day Eight

Breakfast. Departure for Santiago de Cuba. Transit view of El Cobre Sanctuary. Tour of the second more important city in Cuba, impregnated of history and music. Capital of the east and the birth place of the Son and Cuban Revolution. Visit the Moncada headquarter, Cespedes Park, Diego Velazquez house and the Pirate Museum. Lunch at a restaurant on Granma Key. Visit to Santa Efigenia cemetery. Check in and dinner at the hotel.

Day Nine

Breakfast. Free day for the purchase of optional offers. Lodging and dinner.

Day Ten

Free time until flight departure to Havana. Ticket included. Lunch at El Morro restaurant in Santiago or at Rancho El Palco in Havana, depending on the flight schedule. Transfer to the hotel in Havana, check in and dinner. Night at La Maison .

Day Eleven

Breakfast. Free time in Havana waiting for your International flight. Transfer to the airport - or your hotel if you want to extend your stay.
