The best way to burn calories fast, this session will focus on core strength and ongoing technique improvement
Classes will begin with a warm-up and stretch session to get your body ready for more intense training, followed by a session focused on techniques such as a particular punch or kick. We’ll then go into a sparring session (punch and kick against your partner’s pads) followed by a circuit to really burn off those calories. At the end of the session a thorough warm-down will ensure that you leave feeling energized and refreshed, without the risk of injury to your body.
