Originally developed as a French military training program Parkour embodies the idea of tracing a path through your environment. It utilizes movements such as rolls, vaults and climbing in combination with running and navigating any environment you find yourself in.

It is about moving efficiently and effectively and minimizing the energy you use. By the end of our programs you will be able to scale walls, jump gaps, move on all fours, balance on rails, climb poles and more! Parkour re-acquaints us with the playfulness that inspires us as children and conditions us to see all obstacles as opportunities.

At this Intro to Parkour class you'll learn the key elements of Parkour and discover how to make your body move the way it was meant to!

After this class you will know how to:

    • Roll out of high falls and difficult situations
    • Vault over different sized obstacles quickly and in a variety of ways
    • Climb a wall twice your height
    • Stretch and condition for Parkour movements
    • Grab onto ledges, jump large gaps and more!

    This class is fun and involves a lot of obstacle course training that keeps your body and mind guessing!

  • Classes are held on Mondays and Fridays 7 - 8 PM

Our mission is to get people in shape through play. We do it by teaching people new skills to keep them constantly motivated and to encourage continuous personal development through multiple disciplines including Parkour, Martial Arts, Performance Training and Yoga. We have a number of options for people from all walks of life. Whether you are an elite athlete who wants to push yourself to the next level or you’re just looking to learn a new skill-set recreationally, we have something for you.

At No Limits we pride ourselves on keeping in shape while having fun. Our facility is a playground and we encourage experimentation and development across multiple physical disciplines. Our goal was to create a space around Parkour and Freerunning, martial arts, dance and Bootcamp inspired fitness training. The end result is a combination of studio space, gymnastics and climbing equipment, and a diverse mix of unique training equipment found only at No Limits.
