Clay Art and Pottery Classes

Join Richard Brandt in one of our small friendly and relaxed classes and get in touch with your inner clay-worker!

Absolute beginners to experienced artists are catered for in our well equipped studio workshop. Learn wheel throwing, sculpture, hand building, mould making or casting. Explore surface decoration, or develop glazes. Personalised tuition is guaranteed with a maximum of six participants in each workshop. Classes are held on Thursdays from 9am to 12pm and 6pm to 9pm, with no minimum attendance requirement. Each workshop is $25.00, which includes tuition, unlimited practice clay, tools, firing, underglazes and glazes.

The Community Arts Precinct is located in Chermside Street, at Wellington Point in a tranquil parkland setting only 200 metres from the Wellington Point Rail Station
